CVS Pharmacy

The staff members are always kind, very helpful and do not hesitate to answer to customer questions. They always smile at customers. This branch takes about 20 minutes of driving from where I live and there are a couple of other CVS branches located nearby my house but I go to this place because I love to see them as I get happiness from this branch with their smile. The Google review score of this branch tells as I see the average score of CVS branches in the area is about 3.0. This branch is extraordinary compare to other branches. Thanks.

Everyone at this CVS in Target are helpful, friendly, and efficient. It always works like clockwork and I'm in and out in no time! They get 5 stars every time :).

My prescription was filled right away and they are the only ones to carry the specific ones I need. They are super helpful at this CVS and I love the pricing as well.

Both CVS locations in Flowery Branch at Target and Spout Springs Road are horrible. The automated phone system is one of the most customer unfriendly systems that I have ever had to deal with. You stay in a constant cycle with the bot trying to send you to use the app instead of actually being able to speak with a human. Called Spout springs location because RX # was not recognized in system. Spoke to someone who wanted to argue with me that the Rx did not exist and during the conversation some phenomena happened and she was able to suddenly find the Rx. Asked if Rx could be ready in 2 hrs but was quickly told no and I would receive a text when ready. I said do not fill because I will not be in the area after 2 hrs. *UPDATE* The pharmacy tech's name is Lisa, and it seems this is not the first complaint like this about her. Normally we have a very good experience here but today was different. I called the pharmacy today to see if my wife's prescription was ready as she was going to run by and grab it on her lunch break. The pharmacist on the phone told me it would be ready by 11:30 am, which was perfect since she goes on lunch at 11am. My wife gets there and speaks with the older lady at the counter, who is normally very nice, and she stated it wouldn't be ready until later this afternoon because the pharmacist is very busy doing flu shots. My wife asked why he said it would be ready by 11:30 over the phone and she was met with "a lot of people call first thing in the morning on the day their meds ar
