I was forced to switch my pharmacy to CVS from Walgreens because of my insurance, and it's been a complete headache ever since. Their app and phone servive will consistently tell you a prescription is being worked on and prepared, but when you call for an update, they say they don't even have the prescription. Very frustrating. I wish I could go back to Walgreens, because I never had issues with them.
I have been using the CVS pharmacy inside Target for over 15 years. The pharmacy team is always very helpful whenever I have an issue.

The male pharmacist with the heavy middle eastern accent is rude, unprofessional and a bully. He has zero customer service skills and is rude. I will never bring my prescriptions to CVS again
I just love the return call! Yes Sarah is very,patient , efficient and precise. She rocks!!!❤️❤️❤️. That's customer service 💯. Please anyone getting scripts filled you know it's a process!!! You need to be patient and kind with the staff. They are all awesome!
