The CVS located at 20 Broadway is horrible, tried to get a prescription refilled but needed to change doctors what a simple task they couldn't even take down the info. correctly after 3 tries.
Pharmacy efficient. Bathroom never Great. Place never fully stocked. Corporate mgt issue
Turned my senior citizen mother away when she got there at 6:01pm on Saturday before snow storm. No one cares. Terrible service.
Service is hit and miss and the pharmacy has a difficult time keeping my drugs in stock.
They are not careful enough when looking up your meds for pick up; often saying they have nothing for you when you know they do because you have received a notification from them saying your prescriptions are ready for pick up. They also, gave me someone else's prescription. Luckily my doctor had prescribed the same meds. Imagine if this wasn't the case!!! Extremely careless!!! Always triple check their work!
