The acting manager only knows how to say “no.” She never makes any effort to see whether there is a solution. I went in the morning to pick up my medication, and she told me that my doctor should call the pharmacy and answer some questions, even though I received a message from CVS indicating that I needed to respond to the questions myself. She simply said, “No.” This was very frustrating. I returned in the evening when her shift had ended. The associate informed me that my medication would be ready on Friday and that there was no need for my doctor to call the pharmacy. This situation has happened to me multiple times, not just once. It appears to me that she is unwilling to assist certain customers. When she is not on shift, I can pick up my medication without any issues. I am ver

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Unprofessional Pharmacy Service This CVS pharmacy inside the Target near Skyline is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. Despite living very close to this location, I now choose to drive over 4 miles to the CVS at 5101 Duke Street because of how unprofessional and unreliable the staff here are. Every single visit involves excessive and unreasonable waiting times—both for dropping off prescriptions and picking them up. Even after waiting, the staff often refuse to process prescriptions, always with a new excuse. If they can’t find an excuse, they simply say the system is “down” or that the medication is “out of stock” and tell you to come back after two days. Many times, they end up sending patients to another CVS store instead of resolving the issue thems

Today I visited the pharmacy. Waiting in line where there was one female working at the front and three in the back. The one at the front look to be new to her job and desperately looking and running around to find prescriptions. After a long wait a gentleman called for next in the line he took my prescription and simply because he didn’t read the written prescription said we don’t have it go to another location. CVS need to look into their staff members to train them to provide quality services. I am sorry for myself and other who has to visit another CVS while not being served by the one that’s in our community.

I have been going here for 10 years+ and the service in the last year has declined dramatically! My Script that I have been using for 10 years was called in by my doctor 10 days ago and still not filled. I have been given delivery excuses, no communication unless I call. I had already moved most of my Scripts to Safeway, but this was last straw for the one remaining script I left here. The medication is one I need for pain relief, so extremely important I get in a timely manner. The actually changed the manufacturer last month to one that was ineffective......of course was not notified. I will say AMY is the only person with any indication that she cares (the was an assistant named Ted who was wonderful......not sure where he went?). 11 days later I switched to Walgreen and got fi

The service at this CVS Pharmacy is disappointing. Staff communication is poor, and some seem tired and unprofessional. I was told my medication was ready, but when I arrived, it was gone, almost causing me to cancel an operation. Wait times are too long, with only one person working while others seem disengaged. On a positive note, one staff member he is stands out for being friendly and professional, but overall, improvements are needed.
