Hire more clerks at prescription counter. Service EXTREMELY S L O W. Hire a new manager because this is a on going problem.
This happens way to offen at CVS pharmacy, one register open. Then you get a customer that has a problem which delays the line . Not that CVS cares because if they did care, I wouldn't have to give horrible reviews.
Everytime I shop at CVS it is a pleasant experience. The associates (wether in store or pharmacy), are helpful and personable, and that goes a long way ...Thank you CVS, for actually caring about your customers.
