CVS Pharmacy

I met Sam at the consultation desk. She not only helped me find the vitamin I needed, (by walking me to that area after she saw me struggling to find it), we discussed the proper dosage. Then when I showed her that I had tried to refill my Rx’s on my phone, she took the time to help me with that. (I’m visually impaired). It’s people like Sam who don’t get appreciated and recognized enough. Thanks, Sam!

Pharmacy staff always seem like they are having a bad day. Staff person brusquely asks for name and date of birth without any eye contact. It is unpleasant. However, the pharmacist is always helpful. No one makes you feel like they are happy you are there. I will be moving to the nearby Walgreens.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had in my life at this location. They were beyond slow, unfriendly & completely disorganized. 3 people working & absolutely no team work at all. It definitely seemed like a really awkward work environment. I will never ever go back here again. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy do not go here… You’ve been warned.

Had a nice experience today as I was helped promptly in the pharmacy with an issue we were having and at check out in the store c/s offered to do my check out when I was planning on doing self check. All and all very pleasant and really needed at this time of year. Thank you!

I’ve had nothing but problems over the years here and unfortunately, they’re the closest location. The last straw was five minutes ago when I was just yelled at through the drive-through in a foreign language. My family family will be changing pharmacies now.
