Finally got my two bottom impacted wisdom teeth removed at age 33. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nick Spanel. At the consult he was very informative and knew the stress I was in. Unfortunately I had done a bunch of research for the past month which heightened my anxiety for the procedure. Although my wisdom teeth had been largely asymptomatic my whole life, he detailed the probable complications that would arise later due to the horizontal impactions and their proximity to the 2nd molars. He laid out my options with his professional opinions while easing my anxieties. During the actual surgery Dr. Spanel and his team were awesome. I went to see Dr. Pearson for my double jaw surgery consultation, and he walked me through the whole process in details. I loved that he didn't just talk through the plan, but he actually showed me detailed drawings & used the skull and jaw model, which helped me visualize exactly what's going to happen. I'm usually a very anxious person especially after seeing different surgeons for double jaw surgery, but Andrew made me feel welcome and explained every detail for me to understand.
