Dr. Pan is second to none. Will go out of her way to find a creative solution that is in the best interest of her patients. Looks at orthodontic care holistically, in terms of how it affects jaw, breathing etc (not just asthetics). Things do get a bit chaotic and sometimes feel disorganized but overall excellent care

I love the service and the professionalism that Pan Orthodontics gives their clients. The last time I was there was in 2019-2020 until recently. The staff is the same staff, which shows longevity, which means a good company to work for. The hygienist staff recognized me just by seeing my face and it warmed my heart, because I recognized them too. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. I moved and came back for a visit. I pre-scheduled a visit to my orthodontist, because I like them. I needed a replacement for one of my retainers, so why not go back to the clinic that already has my records and I know they know exactly what to do. I highly recommend them and Doctor Pan made me feel comfortable from day one when I started my orthodontist experience.

My kids have been through treatment at two others orthodontic businesses and I regret not starting here in the beginning! Don't waste your time going anywhere else - start here! Dr. Pan and everyone are so kind and knowledgeable! Glad we finally found the right place for my kids!
