CVS Pharmacy

I visited my local CVS this morning for a simple money transaction and to pickup my prescription which I never did get because the experience was incredibly unprofessional, humiliating, and Embarrassing. When I walked in, I accidentally dropped my wallet without realizing it. I pressed the call button at the counter, and when the cashier arrived, I told her I must have dropped my wallet and would run to my car to grab it. I apologized and was gone for less than a minute. When I came back, she was no longer at the register, so I pressed the button again. Before it even finished sounding, I suddenly heard someone yelling. Everyone looked around trying to see who was being yelled at, and then I realized the cashier now behind the pharmacy counter was yelling at me, saying, “I’ll be down wh

Pharmacist was extremely rude for no reason. Over charged medication and would not correct.

The fine folks at CVS in Eatonton, GA are the absolute best at what they do, and they always treat you like family when you walk in the door. I received a text informing me that I had a prescription ready for pick-up so I stopped in on my way home. One of the pharmacy techs met me at the checkout and literally two minutes later, I was on my way home again. Also, they will mail your Rx to your home, free of charge, if you can't get by to pick it up yourself. We're so glad we chose them to be our home-town pharmacy.

Extremely courteous friendly and helpful pharmacy team and overall store staff. Manager Ms. Patricia is the same way...with a smile on her face. 🙂
