Scheduled my 10 year tetanus shot as suggested by my Primary doctor. Easy scheduling online via the CVS website. The pharmacist was efficient, professional and informative. The entire process was about 5 minutes. Great service from this professional. Thank you. CW

The pharmacist was courteous and professional. Most impressive was that he reviewed my vaccine history with me. It was great to have someone who actually treated you as if you mattered.

They close at 1:30 for lunch, and they won't serve you, even if you have been waiting in line for ten minutes or more before then. They closed two minutes early and slammed the window in my face rather than see me. When I went in and confronted them, they lied and said I wasn't waiting. Zero accountability or professionalism on the entire staff there.

You can’t even call and get a live person on the phone anymore. The geniuses at CVS corporate decided to move the system to voicemail only and since all of their stores are wildly understaffed you will NEVER get a call back. God forbid you need anything urgent in regard to a medication.

I got to the hillsborough rd location for package drop point, minute clinic-vaccines, and just to buy health products and never have trouble finding products or getting checked out. Friendly and clean.
