CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is creating a barrier to timely medication access for individuals without insurance. My son’s doctor sent a prescription for antibiotics to this pharmacy today at 12:00pm. I called the pharmacy multiple times during the course of the day and the response I received from the automated system was that my son’s medication was in progress. I eventually went to the pharmacy to check on the status in person. During that visit, at 8:00pm this evening, I was told that the pharmacy had not even begun processing my son’s medication because I didn’t have insurance on file. I was warned! I came back the reason why I left was how bad the pharmacy was on Fairburn rd 2005. I'm changing back QUICK THEY told me to come in an hour. I came in 2 hours. Shes doing vaccinations they knew that before I came. They don't know people's situations and with their finances are looking like also their transportation. -10

What in the HELL...I waited hour and half in line at cvs on fairburn road douglasville to pick up prescription 7 vehicles in front of me...and the person behind counter wow so incredibly RUDE ..I said thank you and got COMPLETELY IGNORED. I will be looking into different pharmacy for sure

Be careful complaining to the pharmacist (Joy) about wanting old employees to come back and work at this location. She was demonstrating how she jabbed a needle into a patient’s arm while administering a vaccine.

Please DO NOT FILL YOUR PERSCRPTIONS HERE!!!! Very rude service impossible to get a pharmacist the front store rudely answered and then tranferred me to hold hell...NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use this store!!!! The manage Richard was absolutely no help whats so ever was unwilling to assist!
