CVS Pharmacy

If I could give a zero, I would. Always a long wait at drive thru even though not many in line. Same whenever I go. Arrived right at opening and they opened late. No greeting...not thank you for waiting and no thank you when giving my order...even after I spoke and said thank you.

I only had to visit this CVS location because It was late and Most pharmacies is closed. For the amount of traffic at this store and being opened 24 hours, I could say that it is somehow organized. It is very easy to dissect the store and find whatever you May be in need of. Though, I am not sure the drive through operates past certain hours.

Dear CVS Customer Service, I am writing to share my concerns regarding a recent experience at your pharmacy drive-thru located at 2738 N. Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033. On July 24, 2025, I waited at the drive-thru for approximately 25 minutes without being acknowledged by the pharmacy staff, despite being clearly visible. When an employee eventually came to the window, I was informed—without any explanation or apology—that I would need to come inside to pick up my medication. I remained courteous throughout the interaction, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism. In addition to the poor customer service, I was also concerned about the overall cleanliness of the store. The carpeted floors appeared to be heavily soiled and do not seem to have been cleaned

This pharmacy will withhold your medicine, because they think they know better than doctors. I’m currently losing a battle to stage 4 colorectal cancer, and surprise—I need pain medication! Every single time I’ve tried to fill medication here, I’m treated to a line of questioning that makes me feel like some sort of junkie. They’ve recently withheld releasing my medication to me, because of some sort of moral objection to the medication I’m on. I ended up having to check myself into the hospital due to complications of mot having this medicine. Unfortunately, these jerks are the preferred pharmacy of my insurance company. I don’t care if I have to pay money to go elsewhere—I’d rather use literally any other pharmacy.

Absolutely do not come here. Staff is nice enough but you will wait several extra hours after they have confirmed your script is ready. Their system is completely broken and disorganized
