While the wait may be lengthy, I comprehend the high volume of customers in that particular area. I appreciate their unwavering attentiveness and perpetual smiles. The female pharmacists consistently maintain their exceptional beauty. This is primarily the only establishment I visit due to the medication requirements of my three foster boys. Their courteous demeanor and willingness to assist are commendable, especially when addressing issues with my son’s medication. They make every effort to prevent unnecessary waiting. Additionally, they offer valuable advice and support, guiding me in the appropriate direction when their expertise is insufficient. I am deeply grateful for their exceptional service 🥰👏🏽‼️

Shout-out to pharmacist Toni. She helped me in an urgent situation today when no one else at the desk was willing to help. I spent two hours there, playing phone tag with the hospital while my wife is at home with 2 broken ankles. Yes, both of them in casts. But, the front desk ladies could be more courteous when there's an issue, they were talking to me across the pharmacy speaking of my wife's private medical status with many people around able to hear every word. Please be more private going forward. Toni is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars, she's the most caring pharmacist I've met and CVS is LUCKY to have her working there. Thank you so much. I want to give credit where credit is due and applaud CVS pharmacy for making much-needed improvements. A while back, I posted a negative but very honest review of how bad things had become. That concerned me with this pharmacy being in such close proximity to the Paulding Hospital, knowing that the community needs a quality pharmacy. Over time, I have seen marked change that makes me feel good about keeping this as my pharmacy. It is now possible to get timely service and quality advice from skilled pharmacists who are courteous and kind. I am grateful. Thank you for the efforts made to clearly improve. This area needs you to be excellent and it appears that excellence is now the goal of this pharmacy.

Genuinely one of the most unprofessional pharmacists I have ever encountered. The night time pharmacist refused to help me get a single loaner on my time sensitive, life saving seizure medication (Keppra), because I was not prescribed at his specific CVS location. He wouldn’t give me his name and told me quote: “I don’t care if it’s life-threatening or time sensitive. You’re not prescribed at this store,” before walking away to the back desk, Absolutely unacceptable!!! So thankful I don’t live in this area.

Grateful for the caring, professionals at Minute Clinic in the CVS pharmacy on Charles Hardy Parkway in Hiram, GA. I did have to wait 30 minutes or so for my prescription after my exam and diagnosis in the clinic from the pharmacy in the same building. However, I do believe the pharmacy was short-handed because of inclement weather. The pharmacist was very apologetic and took care of me with a smile. I will return to this clinic and I highly recommend it to others in Paulding County!
