CVS Pharmacy

I came in to get my vaccine shot and the staff looked surprised to see me. I had an appointment. Overall, the staff made me uncomfortable because they didn't know what to do and they looked flustered about the shot. It made me felt like they didn't want to deal with me. They were acting unprofessional and I honestly didn't feel comfortable getting a vaccine shot here. I'm glad they didn't accept my insurance. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend coming here for any vaccine shot.

Treated like a low class individual, walked in and was told my prescription was way more than was expecting and was treated like I couldn’t afford it. After walking out and calling insurance I came back in to find out they had returned my prescription and made me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 20 I was already there. Absolutely rude staff and half off them don’t know what there doing anyways.

Even though my insurance didn't end up covering my script, the very helpful lady pharmacist (didn't get her name) went way above expectations to get it transferred, first to them, then to help me find an in network pharmacy. The horrible long wait times for even her made my decision to leave walgreens easy. I will go to this store for non- insurance things because she was so helpful! Great customer service

I usually rate people 5 stars but this pharmacy has too many people working the cash register and only one computer. Like if there are 4 of you why are you all looking at each other. Plus very nice toward certain race than others.

The pharmacist and tech working on Monday evening were wonderful! I am a super busy person that likes to plan ahead and be prepared and they 100% helped with that and made the process very easy. Thank you so much! I will definitely be a return customer:)
