CVS Pharmacy

We recently moved to the area and have been using this pharmacy for our prescriptions and the flu shot. I am not sure why the reviews overall seem low. I have been helped in a timely manner every time I have picked up a prescription. There is a female pharmacist (I forget her name) who has helped me almost every time I have been there and she is great. She's polite and helpful. She has also helped me to get a prescription at a much lower price by telling me how to use my phone for coupons.

I couldn't be happier with the care I received from my pharmacist Elizabeth, who made sure I understood about co-pay options and medicine interactions. Elizabeth showed care and concern for my improved health and personal well-being.

Pharmacy completely closes down during the middle of the day 1:30-2 for lunch Had two scripts and one was completed but they weren’t going to fill other until AFTER lunch so had to make two trips. Guess this CVS has never heard of staggered lunch breaks. All the IT systems and phone notifications in the world can’t compensate for poor and unfriendly customer service. After many years of being a customer at this CVS going to move to another pharmacy.

The pharmacist (black lady with glasses and braids) was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I asked her for the definition of my medication I was picking up since it is new and I was not sure what it was. She just stared at me and said nothing… so I followed up and asked her do you know what the medication is? She stared at me again and said my voice was raised which it was not pull up the camera footage about 3pm 11/24/25. Then she said she didn’t want to make a scene???? I just needed to know what my medication was so I could pay and go or not pick it up. She finally just told me after all of that. I am changing pharmacies she is a very unkind lady idk if she’s overworked or what but I just wanted to get the definition of the medication pay and go not play her immature game of

I had a great experience at this CVS pharmacy! It felt like a new friendly and very positive atmosphere than I have experienced in the past. Elizabeth helped me with my prescription and flu shot,she had a great positive upbeat attitude.
