CVS Pharmacy

The team at the CVS is great. Its a busy pharmacy, but the young man who often works the pick-up is positive and upbeat and provides great customer service. I also appreciate the pharmacist who takes care and time to work with customers.

At one time I was very happy with the CVS Target Cicero, NY. Ever since they employed this one certain pharmacy tech the customer service has gone downhill. Extremely rude to all customers. This last time I was there, I tried to pay for my over the counter allergy medication when I picked up my prescriptions. I was very curtly informed I needed to go to Targets line to pay for my allergy med for it’s not a prescription. Did not matter I was using my insurance health savings account to pay for the allergy med. I would like to know why all other techs have let me do it for years and one certain person says too bad so sad. Target uses the same machines go up front. My co workers are saying the CVS Target in Liverpool customer service just as bad. Guess there is no such thing as good customer

Highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff are helpful and make sure you leave there with no questions and feel confident with your medications. The one staff member that assisted me was a pharmacist who was super busy, but took out the time to assist me and make sure my new insurance was put in. He didn't act like he was too good to help customers, he jumped right in and helped out!

The staff here is amazing, but ever since they changed their automated phone system it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone. It doesn't give you an option to even leave a message unless you fight with the automated system. I don't know why they changed it. The old automated system was so much easier and useful. Big flop for the customer service side of things.

I love my little CVS pharmacy located in my Target. Total bonus!!! 2 great stores for the price of one.
