If I could leave zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. They are slow, disorganized, and show absolutely no compassion for their customers. I received a text at 1:45 PM saying my son’s prescription was ready. My child is in pain, so I rushed there immediately and arrived within minutes. After waiting in line, the pharmacist coldly told me, “We’re closed, come back at 2:45,” even though THEY were the ones who sent the pickup notification. I explained that my son is very sick and just needed his medication, and that it would take seconds to hand it over. They didn’t care and literally closed right in my face. Each and every time I use CVS for pick up meds the pharmaceutical staff are professional and helpful at all times. They are very quick & ready to handle problems as well as helping you find other items in their area. I'm very satisfied with CVS services.
This review is for the Pharmacy department. Had a highly negative experience attempting to pick up a prescription. The main individual that was conflicting were Demi. The only two people who helped sort out a location change for pick up and update of insurance was a woman with blonde highlights and the woman at the drive through counter. As for the others, they acted as if being asked for help was a burden. Of course, changes to insurance can't occur online due to the concern of fraudulent activity. Of course, when someone is coming to a pharmacy, they're expecting compassion rather than hostility. The only thought that can come to mind is if they were being nasty because they can tell that the individual picking up medicine is on the spectrum due to wearing sound cancelling headphones. Ov
The pharmacy in particular is understaffed. Maybe pay educated employees enough to retain them. I feel terrible for the people who work here. Pull it together, CVS. Time to go back to the independent pharmacies—they never make you wait!😁
