Brookside Implants & Dentistry

I love Brookside Dental. Most dentists bully you into multiple trips and send you to there affiliate periodontist or orthodontist etc.. Brookside dental lets you be in charge. they give you options and prices so you are well informed and they are very good at what they do but in the end they give you the choice to be in charge of your own dental health.

Today was my first experience with Brookside Dental. I have extreme anxiety regarding dental visits due to a prior extremely unsettling and stressful experience with another dentist. Needless to say, I brought that anxiety to this visit. My issue was a broken tooth. My appointment was with Dr. K. I explained that I was so anxious and frightened to be there today. He was so nice to me and explained everything that he was going to do. He told me he would stop working on my tooth if I needed him to. He did a wonderful job and made me feel less anxious, which is saying a lot for me. His assistant, was just lovely too. Thank you Dr. K for not only the work you did on my tooth, but a big thank you for showing compassion to me. It meant a lot.

Great experience as always. Friendly staff, no wait time, clean and professional. No trying to sell me services and procedures I don't need. I used to hate going to the dentist, but always feel comfortable and at ease with the Brookside team. I found them when I needed emergency dental work on Sunday and they were able to accommodate me the next day. Since then it has been a pleasure dealing with the team.

I saw the new dentist there today (I'm sorry, I am terrible with names) and I'm so happy. I left crying with relief. I've been dealing with chronic jaw pain for a few years now and he checked it out for me and explain what was causing it, made a splint for my jaw and told me how to take care of it for the next couple of weeks. I've been trying to find answers for a very long time and have tried a lot of treatments that didn't work. Taking the few extra minutes to check out was was going on and actually having someone listen and find a solution means everything. I felt like nobody understood the severity of this pain for so long. I finally feel hopeful. Thank you 💖

I needed an emergency extraction and they took me in on a same day call and every staff member was a delight to talk n work with. The dentist went above n beyond to make me comfortable with as little pain as possible!! Definitely will be returning for future appointments.
