Chester Urgent Care (Middletown Medical)

Every time I go to chester urgent care the staff always goes above and beyond. From the receptionist, medical assistants, nurses and the doctors are all great. Today I believe the doctors name is John, I had to have him call 3 different pharmacies cause they didn't have the medicine in stock and every time I called he was so patient. The receptionist is so sweet and always smiling,, even the Xray technician today was making jokes and having me laugh. My daughter Penelope has been there a bunch and they are great with her as well. Their whole team does am amazing job and that's much appreciated especially when your sick, it's nice to be comforted and not feel like a bother. A lot of urgent cares make you feel like your a bother so thanks to the Chester Staff, you guys are wonderful.

Just wanted to thank all the wonderful staff at this urgent care for taking the time out of their holidays to help everyone this time of year. Came in with the flu early in the morning the day after Christmas and everyone was on their game, provided great medical care, and were an overall delight. Happy holidays, thank you!

If I could leave a zero I would. This facility is such trash. First, the nurse/assistant I saw when I went in the room has the biggest attitude. Second, they called to tell me they “misplaced” my urine. Third, they had my name entered incorrectly in their system despite numerous requests to change the name. Lastly, I called and asked for someone from the office to return my call and they never did. I’m also on Day 4 without my full lab results. I got 1 out of the many panels I gave samples for. In all my years of getting blood work, I’ve never had to wait days for results. I get results back within 24 hours.

Went to urgent care today , no appointment . Very friendly office staff, nurses and NP Emily , impressed with good recommendations and excellent care .

The service was great. The young man at the front desk is very pleasant! The X-Ray technician was wonderful. Overall my experience was excellent. This was my second visit and I was pleased with the service just like the first one in a year between visits.
