CVS Pharmacy

I’m currently sitting in the CVS pharmacy drive-thru, waiting to pick up a prescription — a process that routinely takes about 30 minutes. Normally that’s just mildly annoying. Today, however, CVS has added an unexpected psychological challenge. If you haven’t been to this location, the CVS drive-thru faces directly across from a Domino’s Pizza. For the last half hour, I’ve watched a steady stream of happy people walk in and out of Domino’s carrying hot, cheesy pizzas while I inch forward at a glacial pace. Every time the line moves an inch, another pizza emerges. It’s cruel. It’s inhumane. It may violate the Geneva Conventions. At this point, I’m no longer thinking about my medication. I’m thinking about how many pizzas I’m going to order once I finally escape this god-forsaken line. A

Everyone at this CVS was very helpful and kind. I walked in with a written prescription and was greeted by the person at the front store counter then by two people at the drop off window. I didn't have to wait long at all and the girl that checked me out was super nice, asked if i needed to speak to the pharmacist about my prescription or had any questions. She checked me out and I left. Overall a very nice experience. Sometimes getting a prescription filled when you walk in can take forever but this CVS had it down pat!! I would highly recommend this store.

CVS has my daughter's scripts so I pick them up for her. The professionalism of the staff is always present and I appreciate their thoughtfulness. Thank you, guys. Sincerely, Janet

Drive -thru line seems to be getting much quicker. Zach provided excellent customer service, prompt, personable and thoughtful. He helped to save money for me.

The CVS Pharmacy is really busy, but they are very professional and efficient with really nice and caring customer service. I imagine the technicality of their job is intricate with all of the insurance plans and medications they have to sort through, but they are one of the best that I have experienced! Thank you.
