I thought it was going to be hard switching from Rite Aid to CVS but they've made it very easy and they seem to stay on top of things. They keep your prescriptions up-to-date for you and remind you when it's time free refills.
They never answer the phone. They never contact you to let you know your prescription is ready or if there's a problem with your prescription. I would go elsewhere if my insurance would let me.
Tessa was so nice and sweet to me and my family. I thank her for taking our flu shots :)
I'm still a fairly new customer, to me rite Aide was alot better but when they close alot of customers went to cvs...
Whenever I try calling this pharmacy, they never let me speak to someone directly, and don’t bother leaving a voicemail because they won’t call you back. I miss Rite Aid. The only thing better about CVS is the music they play in the store.
