CVS Pharmacy

I got my vaccines yesterday at this CVS location and it was a flawless and pleasant experience. We were seen immediately and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would return again in a heartbeat to this location to have such a smooth experience

They have been making things more difficult and obnoxious with forcing you to use the app even just to pick up meds and now it’s impossible to speak with pharmacy staff, you to can only leave a voicemail for them to call you back, which is extremely inconvenient. I may not be able to take their call, it’s easier for me to call when I’m available. This is a horrible decision handed down from corporate. I’d rather go to a pharmacy where I can get in touch with a human easily. I won’t use CVS again while they continue on this road of eradicating customer service.

I chose this CVS as my pharmacy; they ask if I want my prescription to auto-refill, and it is ready for me promptly every 3 months. Today there was no waiting at all to pick it up.

I've always been very happy with the service at CVS on 41st. I usually use the drive-up window, sometimes the wait is more than I like but overall the service is good.

Slow not helpful, to busy in there minds to be friendly and do their job right. They may need to reinterview and rehire pharmacies staff people, they talk about everything they can’t do for you instead of what they can do for you! Poor Business! I won’t come back!
