CVS Pharmacy

The CVS employees in Brandon on Stribling are usually professional and helpful but the lady i encountered today in the driveway was not. She did not ask me if should could help me, simply asked me for my info, looked it up and gave me my two prescriptions. I may have had other questions, or needed additional assistance. She was rude, unprofessional and very uncaring. I also witnesses this same lady verbally abusing a young man who was working in the pharmacy a few days ago in front of customers, myself being one of them. As a retired professional she does not need to be working with the public or representing CVS.

The employees in the pharmacy are most unfriendly and act like you are a bother to check out. I love the location of the store and that it accepts my insurance. But it isn’t pleasant to be a customer in the pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy is the friendliest Pharmacy I’ve been to the employees are extremely helpful from the people behind the counter upfront to the Pharmacy tax in the back and Brian is the store manager and he greet you when you walk in the door is clean. The bathrooms are clean and very helpful looking for something or just needing help or answering a question. The pharmacy and employees are outstanding.

I've been a faithful CVS customer for the better part of 10 years... until I moved to Brandon. The pharmacy is the main problem I've encountered at this location. They are not speedy and are not customer service oriented. I've finally taken my prescription business elsewhere.

Rude and utterly useless pharmacy workers, said I had already picked up a prescription that I had just called in a few hours before picking up. Did NOTHING to explain or help or really do anything to fix the situation. Waste of a trip, try Walgreens or something.
