Actually, love the CVS on Park Avenue in Bloomfield Connecticut. Today, I was not thrilled at what I saw in the store. There was a young woman waiting on four customers at the front register, a gentleman approached, looking for children’s cough syrup while a delivery person waited for a credit near the register. The young lady was doing the best she could., call ed for assistance and a male employee appeared, not too happy to have to help at that moment. I heard her apologized to him and stated that the gentleman was waiting for the credit. There should be no personal phone calls on the floor at CVS, my feeling was that this individual upfront was doing all the work while the other person was pretty much floating around the building doing what they had to. Subject: Request for Feedback Regarding Pharmacy Technician Interaction – CVS Bloomfield, CT Dear CVS Pharmacy Management, I’m writing to request feedback regarding an interaction I had at your Bloomfield location (824 Park Street) on October 9th, 2025, at the drive-through window. During my visit, I attempted to pick up multiple prescriptions. The pharmacy technician took my information for the first order and walked away before I could inform her there was another order. I tried to get her attention, but she proceeded to bag the first order without acknowledging me. When she finally returned, I mentioned the second order, and she responded by reprimanding me for not informing her earlier—despite my attempt to do so before she walked away. CVS in Bloomfield CT had the best customer service in the pharmacy department. This young lady went above and beyond to get the line moving quickly kudos to her. I’ve been in CVS at least twice this month and got the same customer service both times from this young lady

Transactions here are usually pretty quick and easy. But the drive-through is always closed. No matter what time you show up. Just know you’re going to have to get out the car and go inside. Makes you wonder why they even have one.

Not the staff's fault. CVS corp-rats ride again. The text message said my prescription would be ready on 12/21, and then OOPS we meant 12/23 by 10am. It wasn't done on 12/24. The system thought it wasn't in stock today. I went in, found the same pills in the correct dosage OTC and HANDED them to a pharmacist. The staff are doing their best but are handicapped by the badly programmed computers.
