CVS Pharmacy

I find the CVS on Dodge street to be a great place to get my scripts filled and I love the CVS app to order and reorder from the pharmacy. I also like the remodel and the fact it has an Urgent Care connected to it, which can really come in handy. I travel a fair amount in the US and it is quite convenient to transfer my meds on-line, which just happened in the Fl Keys.

Automatic fill keeps turning off. Security breach, they let my ex wife change all of my stuff on my account and shut off my autofills. Even though they verified it's me.They wouldn't change the account back to me.And said, I had to start a new one since they let her change it to her. Even though none of the information contained in it was her information. Absolutely.The worst company i've ever dealt with between the security breaches and the complete lack of accountability. I've been told a supervisor would call me to address this three times and have yet to receive a single call back. They lie and past you department to department.And after six months still have no resolutions. My only resolution is to file suits against them for the security breach, which is happening.This week. I called in a prescription for an inhaler, which I have been getting for some time. It took a week for CVS to get it in. I was promised it on Friday, after calling it in on Monday; only to be told that it would be delayed until the following Monday after 6 PM.

CVS Pharmacy on Dodge Street in Beverly has been efficient, helpful fast and clean for over 20 years! I highly recommend them. Minimal turnover. Ive seen the same faces for years. I have never had a problem or had to complain in the past during visits in the drive-thru or at the counter. The pharmacist is always available for questions with little to no wait! Marie is very good at her job in the drive-thru. I love CVS on Dodge street!!

CVS pharmacy associates are always polite, accommodating and caring. They go above and beyond to help. I recommend CVS pharmacy at the Dodge Street in Beverly to anyone who is looking for a pharmacy. They are wonderful. If they don't have what you want or need, they help you in any way they can to help you substitute or find what you want. I am so pleased with them and I've always been. I'm so grateful and thankful to have them as my pharmacy. Nadyne and( I'm sorry I don't know her name), at the consultation desk was more than helpful today as always. Thank you so much.
