CVS Pharmacy

I received a notification that my Rx was ready even though I didn't request it. I knew it was close to time for me to get it so I figured since cvs already had it ready, I would pick it up. At the drive thru pickup the person did ask if I was aware of my copay and I said that I was, but I have a coupon on file that makes my copay just $25 for a 1,2 or 3 month supply. So I provided my credit card without being told the exact amount because I knew I had the coupon on file. It turns out that cvs filled the Rx too soon for that coupon to be used again as it only allows so many in a 12 month period. Which is why I always wait until I'm sure it's time to request my refill. But this time CVS filled it for me so I assumed they knew the timing. I was charged $225 instead of $25 and I didn't noti

Friendly and helpful staff. Bright clean store with lots of selections available. This location is one of my favorite/ preffered CVS locations in the greater KC Metroplex. Pharmacy staff are amazing, you may have to wait in line at times, but you will receive the same ample time and attention to your needs as well.

Great location, we appreciate the staff and care. Festive drive-thru for Christmas, too.

Jacklyn Griffin was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was also in and out in a timely manner. This is a fantastic Minute Clinic. I recommend this location highly.

Be kind and courteous. Seems simple yet CVD consistently fails. Janice at the counter was rude and I had to return to with additional information and upon speaking with another pharmacy rep guy was told that no I did not need any further information and had to wait to a second time to receive the prescription. Second cashier was much kinder and was at least polite.
