Cass County Dental Clinic

My son had an appointment scheduled at 4:15. I received a call from the office 1:48pm asking if we could bring him in earlier. I had let them know I wasn’t able to come in sooner and we would be there at our scheduled time. I attempted to walk in the door at 4:05 and the door was locked and couldn’t reach anyone. No one sitting at the front desk, but there were two women sitting in the back offices ( they saw me and didn’t attempt to say anything and avoided eye contact.) It is NOT okay that the office was closed early due to lots of cancellations. I had to plan my day around the appointment and coming to find out the whole place closed early and my son wasn’t able to be seen. Very disappointed very unprofessional. I will not be bringing my son here due to my concern of him getting proper

I'm very disappointed with the service. My children have been treated there for some time, and I liked it because it's so close to my home. But I don't agree with the idea that if I already had an appointment, they'd want to reschedule it just because the doctor wants to leave early. I understand that afternoon appointments are harder to get, but I already had one. I was actually going to go twice so my son wouldn't miss school, but I won't go back, and I don't recommend it.

Don’t do it. Last year our three year old had caps put on quite a few teeth. Went back six months later and they were talking about all the infection under those caps and would need all of them now removed. 6 months. My wife took him to another dentist closer to home and this dentist advised of the amount of infection as well as how some of the caps were WAY to big for his teeth. So not only did my now 4 year old have a second surgery in a year but he is with out 6 teeth in the top row of his mouth. New dentist also advised there was WAY TO MUCH cement holding the caps on. Also stated that these caps shouldn’t have failed for a few years. Not 6 months. Will never recommend

I bring both my boys here for all their teeth needs. LoL. The ladies there are absolutely wonderful always trying to make every appointment great. Easy to schedule appointments, call and talk to someone with concerns, and always on top of anything that may come up. The office is very clean always when we go in. My youngest son had a lot of dental issues and ended up having an infection in one of his teeth and it needed to be addressed asap and the clinic worked with me to get him in as soon as possible to get all of his dental issues addressed it took us 4 or 5 appointments to get it all taken care of but the ladies were great threw it all. I would recommend anyone with kids to go here. Thanks cass county dental clinic.!.!

The receptionist was extremely rude, cut off my mother every time she would begin to ask a question, rolled her eyes multiple times, and even cut off her colleague when she offered to help us with our emergency appointment check in instead. the services are likely great but i wouldn’t know…the receptionist upset us so much we took our buisness elsewhere.
