CVS Pharmacy

I stood in like for 20 minutes, got to the front, they said it would be 30 minutes l. I said ok no problem, went back after 45 minutes and stood in line again. They said it would be another 30 minutes. I called my doctor while walking to my car to ask them to send it to Walgreens. In the 10 minutes it took to walk to my car and drive to Walgreens, Walgreens had completed my order.

My latest visit to CVS went exactly as it was supposed to. The Pharmacist came to the counter because the store was busy. But he still explained my prescriptions to me and asked if I had any questions. I actually did this time, but he didn’t rush through it, he satisfied my concerns and I went on my way. I see some people complaining all the time about something they weren’t satisfied with. I think you can never please those kinds of people. That’s why I post reviews, because normally in our busy world the people who are satisfied never say it, only the complainers do. Thanks again for another uneventful experience folks.

Nick has always been incredibly helpful. Anytime I call and leave a voicemail- I get a returned call the same day. Everytime. They take the time to answer all my questions and help problem solve. Great pharmacy.

If I could give a –100, I would. I usually love Target, but the CVS pharmacy inside this store is consistently disappointing. Everything else in the building is great, but the pharmacy staff lacks basic respect and human decency every single time I come. Yesterday was the last straw: they went on lunch, and when me and another woman walked up at 1:30 PM, one of the employees literally rolled the gate down in our faces — while she was trying to ask a simple question. He even gave her a dirty look before shutting us out. This isn’t “a bad day.” This is unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary. Target deserves better representation than this CVS team.

I was standing behind another customer waiting while the guy at the counter ignored us. Finally the man in front of me started waving his hands in the air. Finally he decided to help him. The Manager watched the whole thing from the back. When I got up to the counter the guy was rude and said my prescription would be $141.00. I said I just paid that for a phone. The Manager yelled from the back : "It must be a crappie phone"! I'm Never going back again! I'M GOING ELSEWHERE!
