CVS Pharmacy

I've been using this pharmacy for a little over a year for multiple prescriptions and I've never had a problem. Recently, I had a prescription delayed by insurance due to a billing technicality and this CVS called them and had it taken care of and filled within 24 hours. I was astonished. All I did was send them a message on the app and they were on it. I had a couple phone calls from them letting me know the status and that they were working on it and there was no need to call them back. Then they called again to tell me I could come and pick it up. Very grateful for them!

I have an issue with this pharmacy and when I called them, I was not allowed to talk to anyone. I had to leave a message, and I was told that they would call me back. they never called me back. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy can never get it right. Takes forever to get things filled, the staff never know what's going on, and then they don't get it done anyways. We're 0 for 3 on our previous tries. Pick anywhere else. I'm done with them.

This pharmacy has taken a turn for the worse recently. Firstly, I went to the pharmacy outside of hours and the staff at the front desk was very rude and snapped that they don’t open until 9 even though their website says they open at 8. Understandable. So I go back, and wait in the drive through line during hours for at least 10 minutes while there are 3 staff wandering around inside the pharmacy ignoring us. We pressed the call button multiple times to no avail. We finally gave up and went into the pharmacy and was met with 7 other people waiting in line for their prescriptions. The man that was helping me out could not understand english and had me repeat myself multiple times until eventually giving up and grabbing his supervisor to help me.
