CVS Pharmacy

I take a few different meds and they never have them in stock. I've tried using this location since it's more convenient, but nearly every time I've had a script sent here, they're either out of the medication or they said they filled it but didn't actually and have to work on it while I'm waiting. I'm pretty sure over the last 4 years I've lived here I've only picked up 2 scripts here without a problem. Use kroger or the CVS on state street, they are more reliable.

CVS at Plymouth Rd in Ann Arbor helped my son with a disability get vaccinated easily. They were attentive and compassionate. Highly recommend and also they do not sell tobacco so they do not profit out of promoting cancer.

Mixed experiences. Over all I'd give the general retail part of the store an 8/10 but the pharmacy section can be a bit of a disorganized mess and would be a 4.5/10. The staff in the retail section are helpful and efficient and the prices are not too bad. But the pharamacy itself ... one time I rang the pharmacist in the morning to check if my prescription was still available as I'd been out of town. He replied that it was and I should drop by that day and pick it up. So I biked up there only to find that no prescription was available as it had been returned to the stock shelf. Another time the lady on the register asked if I wanted to pay using the card they had on file ... while I was saying "no, that one is now expired" she ran it anyway leading to a rather exasperated email from

Fast appointment setting through the online system (vaccines), extremely organized and fast once I got there, And the gentleman who did my shots was first rate – hardly felt a thing.

Very helpful and considered staff. Shortly before closing I came in with a new prescription which was supposed to be take right away per urgent care. The staff and head pharmacist prioritized it and got me my meds in a few minutes. Thanks.
