No bathrooms at CVS? Seriously? That’s unacceptable. I stopped shopping here before because of their lack of basic customer service, and only returned because Rite Aid shut down. Big mistake. CVS clearly hasn’t changed. Refusing to offer restrooms to paying customers is just another sign of how little they value us. Walgreens, on the other hand, gets it—they keep their bathrooms open and treat people with respect. CVS, you’ve lost me again. I won’t be back.

Robert, one of the pharmacists there, accused me of being a drug user and refused to sell insulin syringes. I run errands for my grandma sometimes and her pharmacy was out of the usual kind. He demanded I go back home and produce an insulin bottle "so we know what you're using it for". I said that was ridiculous. He starts going on about how "we don't enable bad behavior here." So thanks for inconvenicing me and just being plain rude. I hope the power trip was worth it. Does CVS approve of pharmacists scolding away customers for something that's not their business anyway? Is forcing addicts to use dirty needles accomplishing anything?

The young man that checked me out was very knowledgeable and very mannerly. He helped me and the checkout was very pleasant . I prefer shopping at this location.

This is the very worst CVS I have ever been in. The store is dirty, "most" of the employees are rude and the parking lot is like driving through down town Baruit.

The employees and manager at this location are always friendly and willing to help if/when needed. They are patient with their customers and still believe in delivering customer service at the highest standards. If something isn't in stock they will look to see if it is available online or at another location within reasonable distance. It would be nice if whoever the owner is would do something about the parking lot. The Wilmington Road Location just had their parking lot paved. This parking lot is a hazard
