Dr Hassan and her staff are AMAZING. They go above and beyond to take care of you in an extremely timely manner with the utmost of compassion for people like me who are afraid! I’ve had to call with several emergencies and I’ve gotten right in and taken care of with top notch and professional care. I’ll say it again, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their patients.

If I could give these ladies more than 5 stars I would. I have OCD and dental anxiety and from the time I called to make my appointment to finishing my cleaning, every person there was amazing, nice, and gentle. The understood my anxiety and worked with me to make me feel the most comfortable. Thank you to everyone in this office for making me feel so comfortable and made my teeth shine. I will recommend this dental office to everyone!

Dr. Joseph is good, but the other doctor is horrible!!! She was talking to the dental hygienist the whole time of the exam!!! The hygienist was also talking to her colleague while she was cleaning my teeth with that sharp metal pick, scraping my teeth without looking!!! How dare! I would NOT wish to see the doctor or the hygienist again! Unbelievably unprofessional and dangerous! It was the worst dentist experience in my entire life.

We’ve been coming here since we moved to New Castle back in the very beginning of December 2019. Dr. Ziegler was the main doctor when we started going here, but the transition to Joseph Family has been so amazing and seamless!! I brought my 3 year old in for his first visit, and Dr. Joseph is continuing my Invisalign treatment. The technicians are all super friendly (through masks right now) and the front desk workers are always super pleasant. We HIGHLY recommend it here.

Dr.Joseph/Hanson,is very nice and always so friendly and does a great job, she has good bed side manners and listens to your questions and does what you are wanting done to make you have a beautiful smile! And pain free! All the staff is also friendly everyone makes you feel comfortable in their office. Thank you all for being so kind!
