Holistic Bodywork and Massage

For the longest time my chiropractor has had little movement in my spine when trying to adjust me. He said my muscles on both sides of my spine are so tight that he recommends a deep tissue massage to break it up and come back some days later. In my experience with massage I know my body can take a lot of pressure, so he recommended Holistic Bodyworks. As soon as I entered I was greeted by Craig who introduced himself. I filled out a quick form and we went back for a 10-15 talk about problems, my body, pain tolerance. The atmosphere was calming and Craig took care of me with deep massage and cupping.
