Customer Reviews
My husband had a prescription due and I keep getting text messages that it is currently out of stock. I even went in to find out what was going and was informed it will be in the next morning. Here it is the next day and still not filled. This has been going on for over a week. Was asked to pickup at different CVS pharmacy but think that's totally uncalled for. How does a pharmacy not have prescriptions on hand at all times. CVS is AWFUL!!!
This CVS has the worst members in the pharmacy. I talked to one girl and she gave me the worst attitude! Like you deal with customers… Where is your customer service skills? She had none! My husband and I will be switching from this pharmacy this month. I’m tired of this pharmacy and the way they treat people!
This location is excellent. Nice courteous people that believe in customer service. The only drawback is you cannot get somebody from the pharmacy on the phone. You HAVE to go through the entire automated process and leave a message and wait for a call back. Apparently they have a texting system, but I have never been able to get it to work properly.
My husband and I were in CVS for our Covid shot. After getting our shots we shopped for a couple of other items. We found what we needed and checked out with no issues. The CVS members were very helpful and very nice.
It’s been alright in the past however, it’s impossible to talk to someone on the phone at the pharmacy. They have implemented a new phone system that constantly says my birthdate can not be authenticated but, I have had the same phone number for 7 years and I have been using this location for 5 years. When I pick up my prescriptions, my phone number shows on the screen. I was only trying to verify that my medicine is actually there because they were out of stock and had to order it. After calling several times and fighting with the phone system, I finally asked for front of store where I was hung up on because she just works the register. Hopefully they really do record the calls so they can understand why people are switching pharmacies.
