It would be zero stars but I have to leave 1 star in order to write a review. My husband had been trying to fill his prescription. He kept getting updates about the prescription. So he tried calling them to help out because they were clearly having problems. But he could only leave messages instead of speaking to someone. He was working so I put in the effort to go to the pharmacy to tell them what needed to be said so they could move along. The young man looked it up and said he’d have it ready for me in about 10 minutes. I said I’ll have a seat and wait. That was at 10:56 a.m. at 11:17 nobody had called me up yet so I decided to check on it. I stood at the counter while at least 6 people were working away. I didn’t count how many people. Today I went to the pharmacy, and I had a very uncomfortable experience. When I gave a last name that was Spanish, instead of asking me to spell it or clarify, the worker immediately asked someone else to take over, even though I was already speaking to her. It felt dismissive and disrespectful, as if she did not want to assist me because of the name or the language. For context, I speak three languages, so I’m used to communicating clearly with people from different backgrounds. This situation wasn’t about misunderstanding — it felt like a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.

These people are so rude my daddy gets his meds here he is 75 they are extremely rude in person and over the phone just all around and in general!! Go to a small local pharmacy if possible these big chains don't care about anything or anyone!!!!

I needed help with putting together my photo Christmas cards. A clerk tried to help me for a few minutes but then needed to tend to the cash register. I repeatedly told her I needed help but she pretty much ignored me. After half an hour I left. At that time two clerks were just standing around doing nothing. Very disappointed!
