Bailey with the face tattoo another 40 year old with purple hair and the pharmacist Jake were so rude today. Trying to get medication has turned into a headache. Getting yelled at by employees when I was confused is unprofessional. They induced a panic attack when it was just mis communication. I spoke to their manager but I doubt they will do anything. I don’t want me simply trying to get medication to be a life changing event.

It seems this establishment won't supply you with certain medical supplies you need if they don't deem it fit for some of their own personal reasons, regardless of your doctor's orders on the prescription; anyone who respects their own time should try somewhere else. (A few of the assistants are nice enough, however.)

I’ve been coming to this CVS for a while because it’s unfortunately the only one close to me, but the experience has been increasingly disappointing. The management here feels especially unprofessional. I’ve witnessed the manager scolding staff loudly in front of customers, which is uncomfortable and, in my opinion, something HR should look into. There also appears to be clear favoritism toward certain employees. Meanwhile, many of the younger staff members seem overworked and exhausted, yet they still manage to stay polite, helpful, and friendly. they’re honestly the best part of the store. The store itself is often messy, and the bathrooms are consistently unpleasant. On several visits, I’ve noticed a strange, musty, almost fungus-like smell when walking in, which is really off-putting

Ive been here four or five times, and it was the worst service I've had in any store. Paula has an attitude and raises her voices at customers when she's irritated. Jessica is the worst manager I've seen in the history of the world. I've seen toddlers that have more respect, and integrity than her. She need to learn to hold herself as a manager and a human. Despicable customer service from her and her best friend shanquia. Every time I go in they're both talking to the point that you get ignored. They're both rude, obnoxious, and made me feel ignorant. Learn how to treat your customers, and employees. We are human beings and deserve more. Would rate 0 stars but can't go lower than 1. God awful management y'all should be embarrassed

The employees always ask if I need help with anything and I've even had some pretty engaging conversations BUT something has to be done about thay bathroom. I don't think that those who clean it are being honest about how much they actually do and I would suggest a deep clean to reset it. This would make it a lot easier to keep up with cleaning. I know there are some individually owned cleaning businesses in LaPorte that could definitely help with this if the store manager would be willing to look into that. If not, I strongly suggest the first option of a proper deep clean.
