Come to this CVS if you want pharmacists who truly believe they know your health better than you or your doctor! I had an RX sent in 1/9/2026 due to new Caremark Insurance, I went to ensure the RX was received and insurance was right. The medication was filled and they were going to give it to me that day, but I did not have my HSA yet and needed a pre authorization from my health care provider. I came back on 1/12/2026 to be told by some man “We are refusing to fill it. Sorry. Get it filled at publix again” when I explained publix is not in network for my new insurance he recommended I have my provider call in as they “could not verify her NPI”. Why wouldn’t they inform me of this? Or contact my provider? My provider called in and they told her they “could not fill that class of medicati

I tried to go the the Minute Clinic, was told that my insurance is out of the network and I would have to pay $150,so I called my insurance , spoke to Tiffany and she said that I should of only pay either $75 or $40 for an office visit. The nurse deleted my info and started all over again. It still came up to saying that I would have to pay $150 today. I was pissed, I don't think the squinting eyed doesn't knew what the hell she was doing. I will not be back go this location.

I went in yesterday morning for my Covid vaccine and every single one of the staff were so pleasant, kind, and helpful. Even the next day I can’t get over how nice everyone was!! I have never had such a pleasant experience in a pharmacy!

Had a prescription to fill and they gave me no reason not to fill it other than call a manager the next morning. She also looked at me and said you need to fill it in my town. I am out of state due to a medical emergency. But Walmart filled it right away without questions.

Their employee's where very welcoming and very fast at being helpful they have really good customer service skills. Id recommend it to anyone
