I should of left this review a while ago. The pharmacy team here is top notch. They are understanding and try to help you out whenever possible. Also, while I feel judged at some other pharmacies, they always treat me so nicely. I can't recommend them highly enough. I actually accidentally picked the CVS further away from my house, but I won't change it due to the great care this team always demonstrates.
CVS is the pharmacy that my granddaughter insurance uses. Never fails when we go to get her meds we have to wait. Last perspiration was sent in on Friday we went to pick it on Wednesday. Not ready we'll have it ready in 2 hrs. If I could have sent it to the Tom Thump pharmacy I use it would have been immediately moved. Unfortunately Tom Thump is not on her plan. So we have to continue to put up with poor service.
I enjoy shopping at CVS. Not once have I gone into the store and not been greeted, or someone saying, 'Let me know if they can assist me in any way!' Everyone there is sweet and kind!
Unprofessional customer service from the pharmacy! Moving my business to Walgreens!! I recently moved to Grand Prairie the beginning of July and moved my prescription to this location as it is only 5 mins from my house (my old CVS is 45 mins away). 4 days after my prescription was sent by my doctor I hadn’t heard from the pharmacy or had my rx filled so I gave them a call and left a voicemail. In the meantime, I contacted my old CVS who confirmed the new location had my prescription and had it on hold due to not having my insurance on file. This was confusing as I do not have insurance and pay out of pocket every month but I figured this could be fixed with a quick call! When the pharmacist called me back he let me know that he would be able to fill my prescription but it would be from 3
