I just was leaving the hospital with my sick child after being there and Hawraa greeted as I walked in and was so sweet and kind. She got my child's prescriptions ready immediately and had me on my way. She deserves a raise❤️❤️ THANK YOU HAWRAA

The worst pharmacy ever. 3 times I've had issues with their unprofessionalism. They do not listen to call ins from doctors, they don't take down new insurance information, thay lose called in prescriptions and lie straight to the patient's face and say nothing was called in and when confronted from doctor on phone say we just saw it or haven't listened to call ins yet. Absolutely terrible. Over two hours waited only to be lied to then told nothing called in then oh here it is.... 3 times. Never again... Absolutely terrible.

The technician, Hawraa, told me they were very busy and asked me to come back the next morning because there would be more employees available. At that time, I was the only one but there was already couple people outside- drive thru, and I asked her what the difference was between me and the other customers waiting in line outside. She did not respond to my question. Fortunately, the pharmacist on duty stepped in and assisted me, which I truly appreciated. However, the interaction with Hawraa was extremely rude and unhelpful, and it made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.

The store it’s self, isn’t bad. However, the pharmacy is always overcrowded and has a line. This location provided the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. They never have my medication & it has to be ordered. Night pharmacy manager (Anwar) is incompetent and rude. He does not need to be in this role or working with the public.

I don’t usually get medications through CVS but was traveling overseas Christmas Eve and my doctor sent my prescription through this location since the pharmacy operates 24/7. It was a waste of time and energy and I never ended up getting my medications in time.
