Dr.Jodie is quite literally the most amazing dentist and sweetest woman in general. I have extreme fear and anxiety when it comes to my teeth due to a childhood accident. She is the only dentist who has ever made me feel so comfortable and heard. She does anything she can to make sure I’m feeling good and she’s an absolute perfectionist and won’t let me leave her chair without her work being top notch. She also tells you step by step exactly what she’s doing during your procedure, which personally eases my mind and is extremely patient about giving you breaks if needed. Never gets frustrated with me being nervous and sometimes having to take a few minutes to step away. I needed my tooth looked at pretty quick and they got me in quickly and luckily in time because it was infected. They did a great extraction of my molar and no stress or pain. Staff is great.

This place is a money grab, always extra charges and fees. They over exaggerate your treatment so you’ll have to come back and they charge you for extras. First time I went they said I needed all this work done including extra cleaning in 3 months despite having great oral care, I decided for a second opinion at another dentist and asked them to share my records with the other place and all of a sudden I didn’t have those issues, and could’ve been treated and cleaned there. I came back and they were exceptional so i decided to stay and come back for my 6 months cleaning. I came back and The hygienist did such a half job, was barely cleaning, I figured she was trying to be gentle after asking me if they pain was bad, i told her it wasn’t but pain or not I want my teeth cleaned properly

I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience at your office on November 5, 2025. Unfortunately, my visit was quite unpleasant due to the unprofessional behavior of several associates, including the office manager, Tionne. There was a new associate, Michelle, who I felt was doing a great job with my intake. However, another associate, Dana, appeared to be overbearing toward Michelle and was noticeably rude while speaking on the phone and interacting with clients. (Wow)The office manager, Tionne, did not demonstrate professionalism or leadership in addressing these behaviors. Instead, she contributed to the unprofessional atmosphere and was not helpful during my visit. For such a well-known and reputable business, I believe this location could greatly benefit from additional training

Dr.Osman is the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and letting work on my teeth I'm kinda extremely sensitive to pain and not only does he make sure you are completely comfortable and numb while working but he is also very knowledgeable and informative and super compassionate while the procedure was being performed. He calmed all mine and my wife's fears while doing a full mouth extraction prepping me to get dentures fitted i will recommend him to my entire family and friends any chance I get. He is literally the best by far and won't judge you about how your teeth look before the procedure 10☆'s!
