Dental Care of Michigan

Waited 4 hours for my appointment last week because the dentist “fell behind” and I overlooked it because I needed the work done. Today, same thing, but I was numbed with three shots before sitting in the chair for two hours. The dentist then came in and said he’d still be longer so I left with my mouth still completely numb. Why doesn’t courtesy go both ways? I get charged if I’m late. Get your scheduling and priorities straight. Hire another dentist! Do not waste your time with this place!!!!

I went here because I was unemployed for a while and had Medicaid. My previous dentist at the time did not take that. The wait was long to get back and this was supposed to be a routine cleaning with x-rays. Typically the dentist office I went to before will pull up my x rays so that I could see them on the screen. This one did not & of course the dentist told me I had 8-10 cavities. He looked at me for two seconds....I knew that was absolutely ridiculous, my mouth would be in pain! I got second opinion a few months later and I only had 1 cavity. I 100% believe they (or maybe just the dentist) is doing fraud there. I will say the staff at the front desk was friendly but that's it.
