They might take a longer to fill your prescriptions then most pharmacies but its still a timely manner. The drive thru is almost always backed up but they try to move it along quickly. The staff is nice and easy to deal with. I love the coupons the app has all the time for 4$ & 3$ off that you can use together. Most the time I get items almost free.. Overall I think they have improved alot over the years.

Rude rude rude!!!! Doctor called in a prescription Friday and was told to call Monday afternoon. Still don't have it and was told to call Tuesday. Still dont have it!!! And seemed annoyed that I was calling again. And they won't transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. And they dont know when they will have it. They suck and I won't go back.

Parking spaces too narrow. I mean they're like comically narrow. I practically had to get out using my sunroof. Who painted these lines? It's like they're discriminating against full-size vehicles. Next time I go to Galax CVS I'll park nextdoor and walk over. Other than the parking spaces, the shopping experience was great. The staff is polite. The store is clean. Good people.

Convenient location if you are staying at the New River Cabins. Well stocked. Friendly staff. If you meet Porter he will talk to you about genealogy. Nice parking lot.

Really rude. They never answer the phone. I'm in extreme pain and dropped my Rx off at 10 and they said it will be 1 before it's filled That isn't the only incident I've had. Picking up my son's medicine because he's sick and they tell me it won't be ready for days. I have issues every single time I pick my prescriptions up from here, specifically from one hateful girl with a slicked back pony tail and glasses. She's always rude. They decided to fill my meds when I was sick during the hurricane the exact second they closed so it was very difficult to get my meds from another pharmacy. Thankfully I have the app. It works harder than anyone in that pharmacy location. Today 10/16/24 I had an appointment for my birth control so I had to get my prescription this morning.
