CVS Clinic with Carbon Health Urgent Care Beverly

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The clinic was very clean, and the service was fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. My NP Cassandra was absolutely amazing. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and specifically the NP I saw to others, and I would absolutely go back again if needed

Staff was super friendly at the front desk. Both medical assistance were great! Daniel, The physician assistant who was on today was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and empathetic! Thank you for a nice experience.

My experience here was flawless. Not only are the staff kind and attentive the clinic itself was so clean and welcoming. I will definitely be going back next time I need any time of care. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I went here on Saturday 1/3/26 to get a strep test after having two CVS brand covid tests give me negative results on 1/1 & 1/2. They did get in to see someone in a reasonable time. They did a strep test, but it was negative. Then they did another test to check for other viruses. The nurse told me I could go and I’d get the results in the Carbon Health app within a couple of hours. I checked the app for three days straight with no results. FOUR DAYS LATER I get a text that my results are available and that they detected COVID. That’s simply unacceptable. Edit: now they’ve sent me a bill for my co-pay that I paid there after my appointment. Ridiculous.

The entire staff is so professional so friendly so kind and they always help put me back together. Love that place too bad every hospital every doctors office didn’t follow their values. Thank you so much Phyllis Bacon.
