CVS

I very much like this CVS. My prescriptions are always done quickly. The cost of goods, area a bit to high,extremely way too high. I suggest going to Walgreens if you want to buy anything, but if you wanting g your prescription, it’s just coming to CVS. quicker job than the more organized than Walgreens.

Horrible organization. The machine for check in didn't work, it was throwing errors and said there wasn't an appointment set, despite an appointment being set prior. Then a new visit was created and it said there was already an existing appointment, when the existing appointment was clicked it showed I was on the wait list, then I disappeared. Doctor was notified about the machine not working and an existing appointment already being created, then she wishes to fit in everyone before me, even though they came after me. The doctor asked if I was okay with being delayed by an hour. This is ridiculous.

This review is for the greater CVS corporation. I left my medicine in my hometown and flew to Tennessee. I suffer from complex migraines and without my migraine medicine my body mimics a severe stroke. I called this cvs and told them I forgot my Nurtec at home , the med that protects me from complex migraines, and they got it ready within 2 hours. They saved my trip. Thank you all so much!

I had an appointment in March of 2025. Minute clinic staff failed repeatedly for the next 5 months to file for insurance properly and never notified me they were out of my network. Minute Clinic billing staff are a bunch of incompetent people. After arguing with them over the specifics of the billing and insurance filing I had to pay them before they turned me over to collections. Well guess what I paid them on 8/18/25 and they sent the bill to collection on 8/18/25. This after months of me trying to settle the bill. I got the notice from collection today 8/25/25. NEVER EVER CROSS THE TRESHOLD OF CVS, THEY ARE IDIOTS.

I want to thank Lindsey for helping me find a way to afford my medication. She was patient, kind, and professional. She handled the customer in front of me with the same professionalism and kindness. The quality of service I received from her was top notch. She deserves a raise. She truly made a huge difference in my experience at CVS.
