Don’t bother calling the pharmacy because they do not accept calls unless you’re a health care provider. This is outrageous and I will be switching my business to a local independent pharmacy, small business that’s non corporate. Corporate chains and franchises are truly destroying America in every way imaginable.

This pharmacy store is always well stocked, usually has plenty of staff on-site to assist with questions and checkout. The pharmacy is very busy, but usually pretty quick to fill our prescriptions and to assist with pickup of our meds.

Went in today Jan 24 at 2 pm and the two attendees in the pharmacy need training in customer service because they are just awful you’d think people working in that type of field would have better common sense. Not using them again.

The girls that work here are very helpful. The gentleman working was flirting with a customer and when the cashier asked him for help he was VERY rude. He then went outside to flirt with said customer while another lady helped the cashier fix my problem. He is a waste.

Cashier Allison was rude and her tone was condescending towards me. She walked away mid conversation dismissively when I was simply trying to gain clarity and a solution to the situation she expressed a lack of knowledge about; poor customer service. Then she came back with a negative demeanor, trying to start an argument with me; creating a hostile situation. Her microaggression towards a melanin, when she lacked knowledge about her job duties, was culturally insensitive. Instead of providing respectful customer service, Allison chose to deflect her aggression out on me; gaslighting.
