I recommend not asking to be checked out at the register, unless you want the manager to literally bully you, say its her store and tell you she is busy. Then when you leave follow you and your young child into the parking lot screaming dont come back. This is my store. Don't worry, we won't. We just needed Orajel. We will just go to the Walgreens

Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS CVS The rudest pharmacy that exists. And the store manager just as bad if not worse who couldn’t even bother to show up for work today. Been treated like garbage for the last time by this pharmacy

If you go to this store and have to deal with Heather, I feel bad for you. As a "manager" she is absolutely rude and does not know how to treat people. After waiting 30 min in the parking lot until they open, I went in for an amazon return which I have done a handful of times and before I could get my question out, she points her finger at me, raising her voice telling me what I can and cannot do. After I chose to leave the situation and walk out of the store, SHE FOLLOWS ME, a pregnant woman OUT TO MY CAR!! She threatened to ban me from the store because "shes the manager and can do whatever she wants" The way I was treated was like never before. As a manager you should NEVER talk to a customer the way I was spoken to this morning.

Heather, Heather, Heather. Where do I even begin. I went to write a review and saw that I am not the only one!! The actual audacity of someone to choose a job in customer service while actively trying to bully customers is mind blowing to me. I usually go to walgreens but decided to stop by cvs instead (never again thanks to your management) and I was blown away by how rude Heather was when asked a simple question. None of the other employees seemed to be surprised by her behavior and obviously were too scared to say anything to their MANAGER. Shame on cvs for allowing a woman (if I can even call her that) to be an overseer of other employees.
