I cannot understand the comments on this page. Dr. Richardson is and has been the most efficient and caring doctor I have ever seen. I'd. give her 10 stars if I could, and pray she doesn't ever leave! LONG TIME PATIENT!

Lost my health insurance and they apparently don't have a set office fee, they give you a wide price range. Ridiculous obliviously they overcharging and were committing insurance fraud when I had insurance since they dont want to tell me there office visit charge

I called practice because husband was seen their a week ago follow up from a visit a Centra Lynchburg General which took ten hours.The provider was with patient so nurse said she would rely messages to him about my husband experiencing nausea. Well what she didnt tell me after his last patient. I called back 5 hours later. She said he would look over situation and call in prescription which that didn’t even happen. Professionalism is important. You responsible to tell how your practice set up about call in patients regardless. Whether patient agree with it at least he know what to expect.After that someone from practice called and said my husband owed $21.00 from last visit. I promised I will pay that tomorrow. It seems like a change for us is coming soon.

New patients are priority. No longer reliable. Practice management problems? I have trusted my health care to this practice for many years but just discovered they dropped me because of their provider staffing problems. Just because you have a provider assigned to you now does not mean they will transfer your case if your provider leaves the practice. Wow, Great Clips has a better customer service model than this medical practice.

I have been going here since 1993 and Aponte just dropped me with a letter and no meds. Send me a letter saying they would be available for 30 days until I get a new Dr. That was not true because i tried to refill my meds and he didn't refill them. Aponte was great until he wasn't. He accused me of missing a appt in August where I was scheduled for 2 Physicals and blood work. I cancelled one because I didn't think I needed to go for physical and blooodwork in one month. If that didn't get to him thats an office issue not my problem. I was there 3 times and once again, came out with issues I was told NOTHING ABOUT. Like when i was diagnosed with a major illness from a medication he gave me for sleep. He didn't even tell me in the office and he knew. Along with other conditions that
