Custom Medicine Pharmacenter

I have used this place for years, as they are a compounding pharmacy and can make the medicine my cat needs -- with fish flavor! They are prompt, courteous, and helpful. Their new (current) location has a little disadvantage, not having parking of their own. But they are also two doors down from Harbor Sweets, so a reward for persevering in parking is right at hand!

These folks go above and beyond. My doctor’s office screwed up a very important prescription so that it wouldn’t be shipped out on time. I got him to send it to them but it’s should have been too late but the folks at custom medicine were on it immediately and got the prescription prepared (I feel like they had to have made the ups guy wait so they could get my prescription to him) and on its way to me in the nick of time. Great people to work with in spite of difficult circumstances caused by my doctor’s office. Can’t recommend them more highly. The best.

I spoke with them over the phone while trying to get a prescription filled early. Rather than simply explaining that my doctor needed to request an override—which he had already done on the fax—the woman on the phone accused me of misusing my ketamine prescription for depression and then suggested I use another pharmacy, without offering any real solution. To be transparent, I did use more than prescribed, but not to a degree that would suggest rampant abuse.
