Cumberland Apothecary

Not a good choice if you need timely medication. My husband was forced to use this pharmacy because it’s the only local option that compounds the specific medication he needs. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. The prescription was sent in on a Tuesday, but the pharmacy was closed. We called Wednesday and were told we’d receive a call later that day when the medication was ready—no call came. We tried again Thursday—closed again. All the while, my husband has been in pain and without the medication he needs. Looking at their limited business hours online, it’s clear why things don’t move quickly here. Unless you have several days to wait, I would not recommend using this pharmacy.

Great place! Passed this place a million times and never realized. Very great staff. Several ways to contact them. They reached back out faster than expected on my end. Got my script asap and the owner was very welcoming and informative. Appreciate this business!

So happy to have found Cumberland Apothecary. I moved to the area this past year and need a few meds compounded. Darrin is always very helpful and quick to fill my prescriptions. I appreciate the quality and the great customer service.

My family and I have been doing business here for years. Allana and Joe are awesome. Quick, efficient and friendly. Sheree, God rest her soul, always had a warm smile and pleasant attitude. A and J are on vacation and whoever is covering for them is terrible. Been waiting nearly an hour. I’m the only customer here. 20 minutes ago, they called me to the counter, but they didn’t fill half my scripts. Then they had to look to find the other prescription that I gave them 20 minutes before hand. Finally, after 51 minutes, I got my scripts. It would be one thing if they were busy or he had to call for authorizations, but neither of those were true. He is just slow as can be. Allana and Joe, call me when you guys get back and I’ll be happy to do business again, but no way, no how will I
