I love the service that I received while being in Dr. Elias's office. He is extremely kind, proficient and understanding of the fact that I had an irritable 23 month old with me. I feel very confident about my visual health after seeing him. I found the office staff to be understanding, kind and friendly. I will refer all my friends and associates to his office when they want to be seen by an eye Dr.

Wow!!! This place really saved my bacon! The value & customer service I received is/was amazing! Came all the way down from Bmore 1 1/2 yrs ago just to see them for exam/contacts/glasses cause national chains did me wrong (They have really cute frames too) So worth it! My puppy just chewed both pair, turns out their 2 yr warranty covered new lenses! This saved me HUNDREDS of dollars, it's like having new glasses! My past experiences with national chains had poor quality frames & service, they never did this for me. Y'all have been a blessing. 😍👓🤓👏🏼🙏🏼

I bought glasses from this business. Almost two years later there was a problem with one of the screws on the side, so I brought them in to see if the screw could be replaced. One of the associates informed me that the glasses were still under warranty and asked if I wanted them to submit a claim for a new pair. I was surprised and said sure! The associate still fixed my old glasses with a new screw and submitted the claim after taking some pictures. When I went to pick up my new frames, a different associate told me that the shop needed to take my old frames and ship them to Ray Ban (the brand of the glasses) before giving me the new frames. While I thought this was a little ridiculous since I had been wearing the glasses for almost two years (thinking what in the world would Ray Ban wan

The doctor is very thorough and detail-oriented. And spent a good amount of time with me to discuss my options. I absolutely adore the staff. I was so happy with my experience last year, that I brought my whole family to get their annual exams two weeks ago. A valuable lesson learned though, when you have a large family, do not schedule them all at the same time. I felt so bad because we took up their whole morning. And literally had a person from our family and each individual exam room. Lol. However, the experience overall was great. My son and I just got our glasses today. And we couldn't be happier!

We had a great visit here! Dr. Elias was so kind and patient with my very uncooperative 3 year old. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everyone took the time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. My kids can't wait to come back!
